As a parent, you have the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days after the day the agreement was made without stating a reason. This page explains how to do this.

As a parent, you have the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days after the day the agreement was made without stating a reason. You can do this by sending an email to klantcontact@skar.nl requesting the cancellation of the agreement. View a sample letter by the ACM (Autoriteit Consument en Markt, Authority for Consumers and Markets).

If you have made a payment but not used childcare yet, we will transfer a refund to your bank account. If you have already used our childcare, you will be required to pay for the childcare days used.

If you signed the contract on 1 May, you will have until 15 May at 23:59 to cancel this contract.
